Group Journeys
Group journeys combine breathwork, sound meditation, somatic awareness, and guided reflection to move participants beyond habitual thought and into presence.
Each gathering is intentionally designed to interrupt the patterns that keep the body and mind organized around urgency, protection, and repetition. Through breath, sound, movement, and silence, we create the conditions for accumulated tension to soften, perception to widen, and something new to become available.
These are not passive sound baths or conventional meditation classes. They are immersive experiences in deep listening.
The group becomes part of the practice. We breathe separately, move through the journey together, and create a shared field in which each person can encounter what is ready to be felt, released, heard, or expressed.
No prior experience is required.
Come as you are. Leave with more space, clarity, and access to yourself.
