The breath is a catalyst to Awaken, Align and Actualize your potential as every system within our body is dependent on it. Whether it's our cognitive system, nervous system, endocrine system, digestive system, reparative system, lymphatic system, the list goes on!... every system within the body is dependent on our breath. As our breath controls our physiology it directly impacts our minds. These practices are designed to enhance our focus, increase our creativity, regulate our response to stress, promote vitality, increase sensuality, and enable us to step into our true selves. Tantric Breathwork and Shamanic Breathwork are the foreground for self inquiry, mystery, magic, and catharsis. We explore the depths of our psyche through the power of our own breath accompanied by an intentionally curated and evocative musical voyage that varies dependent upon the type of journey you've chosen. Although radically different techniques, both are designed to release stagnant energy from the body, induce cellular memory, and bring the unconscious into conscious awareness, breathwork is a gateway into wholeness; the remembrance and Awakening to the truth of who you are.
