The 30 minute Discovery Call is an opportunity to explore what is happening in your life, the patterns you are ready to interrupt, and the kind of support that would create the most meaningful movement. We will discuss what you are experiencing, what you have already tried, and where insight has not yet translated into change. Together, we will determine which offering—or combination of coaching, breathwork, sound, somatics, or ceremony—is most aligned with your needs. If we continue to work together, the price of this Discovery Call will be credited towards your future booking. This session is conducted over GoogleMeets, WhatsApp, or Zoom.
